Return policy
For any refund request, please send us an email to contact@kainaansel.com indicating your order number.
The buyer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return costs remain his responsibility.
The package must be returned by you:
– The product must be in its original packaging
– The product must be in its original condition
– The order form must be inside your return package.
Items will be refunded if and only if they are returned in the same condition and in their original packaging. Products returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled cannot be returned.
- The returned product will be refunded to the Customer within a maximum period of 30 days from its receipt by the Company.
Returns are made at your expense to the following address: DOGHMANE Aminah at 17 Avenue de la soda building A7, 13009 Marseille
- The company is not responsible in the event of loss or damage to returned packages.
